As an art therapist, my mission is to help individuals achieve emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth through the creative process. In my 7 years of experience in the field. I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I am passionate about helping individuals overcome a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that art-making can facilitate healing and self-discovery. Through various art forms, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and collage, individuals can express their innermost thoughts and feelings, explore their identities, and work through unresolved issues. I believe that art therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth, and I am honored to be able to facilitate that journey for my clients.

At the core of my practice is a commitment to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with each of my clients to create a treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, I strive to empower my clients to use art as a tool for healing and transformation.
